If you received the wrong items or defective items, please email us at info@vesatta.com to discuss this further.
You can return any goods you are not satisfied with to us within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original and salable condition.

You are entitled to a full refund once the items are returned, excluding the cost of return shipping. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to have been used or opened, or that are not in their original condition.


To request a return

  • Download, print, and complete the return form. Request the return form using the form below.
  • Send the completed form, along with a photo of the products you are returning, to  info@vesatta.com
  • Once approved, make sure your return shipment is properly packaged and meets all the conditions below.
  • Clearly mark "Returns" on the outside of your package.
  • Use an insured, traceable shipping service to ensure your package arrives safely.
  • Send a follow-up email with your tracking information to info@vesatta.com.Return conditions and guidelines:
  • All returned items must be unused and unopened and in their original plastic packaging.
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the items.
  • Make sure that all returned items are properly packaged so that they do not get damaged in the mail.
  • Ensure that all return packages are sent via a traceable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost during return transport.
  • Ensure that the return form is approved; without approval, your return may not be processed.
  • Promotional products are not eligible for return.

As the sender, you are responsible, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.

Please note that we process our returns in China. This means that you will have to send your package back outside the EU. This can incur costs of up to 25-30 euros, which we do not reimburse.
